We enjoyed our competition BBQ hobby so much we decide to offer our award winning BBQ to the streets of Tucson. We want to bring an experience of quality food to your wedding, birthday, luncheon, or any other event.
Offering delicious smoked BBQ meats at the highest quality. Meats prepared just like we do for competitions, rubbed with our house-made signature rubs. We smoke all our meats low and slow, so the meat reaches its ultimate smokey taste and tenderness. Paired with our fresh sides like chipotle bacon coleslaw and many others, it's the only way to smack down on our food. Oh.... not to mention you can eat our meats with or without our 2 house-made BBQ sauces (Spicy or Regular). This is proven from winning multiple awards from 10 years of national and local BBQ competitions.
